Rory became MPLC CEO in 2021. He is passionate about the role MPLC plays in the entertainment industry – protecting the intellectual property of our rights holders and helping to educate businesses around the world on the importance of public performance rights.
Under Rory’s leadership MPLC is growing quickly, embracing technology and building a high-performance culture founded on trust, transparency and collaboration.
He brings years of experience leading teams and organisations through periods of transformational change and growth. This has taken Rory around the world and he’s lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the USA. He is active in his professional institute, ICAS, and is a mentor to several of their up and coming members.
Rory lives outside London, UK although he’s often traveling between MPLC’s offices in the UK, USA and across the world.
